I've run around 90 marathons and ultramarathons, including the gruelling 100km Race to the Stones 4 times. Running is more than a sport for me; it's a way to stay grounded, fit, and motivated. My 20-year affiliation with the Ivanhoe Runners has created a supportive community that shares my passion for running.
